Members of the Plunkett Community Co-operative Network will receive a 25% reduction on loan arrangement fee thanks to a new offer, as part of the bespoke membership package.

Community groups looking to save an asset important to their community could borrow from the ethical bank Charity Bank, who are looking to help co-operatives and social enterprises in rural communities.

Charity Bank is a savings and loans bank with a mission to use money for good. The use the money their savers entrust to them to make loans to charities, social enterprises and community organisations. Financing organisations helping people in rural communities is a core part of their work. They are entirely owned by charitable foundations, trusts and social purpose organisations, so are able to keep their social mission at the heart of everything they do.

You can apply for loans from £50,000 to £2.5 million. And as you repay your loan Charity Bank re-lend the money to other like-minded organisations, only investing where people and communities benefit.

Apply now to receive 25% off the arrangement fees.

If you are a Plunket member, contact Harriet English by emailing membership@plunkett.co.uk for your special code. If you're not a member, click here to find out more about joining us.
