Horsley community pulled together to keep the shop open after the closure of the commercial shop was announced. The community is utilising the expertise of the previous shop owners to guide them through the transition period as they ‘get to grips’ with the running of the shop.
The shop provides everyday groceries, including fresh fruit and vegetables, newspapers, sweets, milk and dairy, chilled meats and frozen foods, as well as expanding their existing range of organic and fairtrade goods.
Yeo Valley, Fine Wines, Hobbs Bakery and Horsley Sausages are all available at the shop.
